COMPUTER TECHNICIAN

Job Summary: The Lab Technician will provide microcomputer support in the lab or offices as needed to
troubleshoot problems involving hardware, operating systems, application software, and network connectivity.
Maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs computer hardware and software systems. Assists in implementing custom
configurations. Works under the supervision of the Information Technology Consultant Supervisor with input
from the Director of Technology and Systems Administrator of the LCB Technology Lab.
FRONT DESK CONSULTANT

Job Summary: The purpose of this position is to personally assist -- with a helpful methodology and
polite attitude. Business Technology Center users with software applications, troubleshoot problems,
and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Excellent interpersonal skills are a must as this position requires significant
interaction with students, faculty, and staff.
BUILDING MANAGEMENT

Job Summary: Performs custodial duties and minor repairs. Assists in
sanitation control and checks safety hazards. Receives supervision from Building supervsior. Does not supervise any other employees.
