The Lillis Business Complex houses the second-largest photo-voltaic array in the State of Oregon. The south-facing photo-voltaic panels can generate up to 44kW of electricity. Power generated at the Lillis Business Complex is sold to EWEB, our local utility, through their premium power purchase agreement.
Photo-voltaic cells are embedded in the four-story atrium glass wall, surrounding the building's main entrance way. Additional panels adorn the roof of the complex.
